A post for new sweaty pals, who are possibly surprised to hear from me.
Hey there, pals! How’s things?
A while back - maybe a year or two ago you graciously joined my Mailchimp email list, possibly as Fit By Forty, but maybe as Sweaty Pals. And true to my word of not emailing much, I basically didn’t email you at all!
Anyway, I’ve found my email groove now, and just recently moved my emailing over to Substack because it’s so wonderful to use, and I thought I would bring you over here with me, on the off-chance you wanted to join the fun.
My emails are about non-diet, size inclusive exercise for beginners and beyond, a bit of nutrition, and a bit on habits. They start with a bunch of words on something topical from me, an exercise or two, and coming soon a chat about habits and some good recipes to try.
Non-diet, size inclusive means there is no diet talk, no talk about obesity or fat being bad (it isn’t) and all the talk about empowering and enabling people to move their bodies for good health instead.
I absolutely won’t be offended if you don’t want to hang around - it’s been a super long time since I emailed you last (if at all) but I thought I would give you the option.
